Dos aguas

Esteban Duperly

A white immigrant and fugitive, Bernhardt, a wandering Jew, takes refuge in Colombia with his family. He distrusts everyone, but he trusts himself and masters the technique. A descendant of slaves, the Boga, a black fisherman who has settled in a no man’s land, has learned mastery of the elements. Chance brings them together in the same territory of palm trees and mangroves where fresh water flows into the sea. Both, by different laws, consider themselves owners of the site.
